Marine simplex oil filters CBM1133-82

Simplex oil filters are widely used in various types of ships, in fuel oil and lubricating oil pipeline systems with working temperature ≤80℃.

Filter types

S type – Straight-through simplex oil filter with flange connection dimensions according to CB/T46;

LA type – Right-angle simplex oil filter with flange connection dimensions according to CB/T46;

LB type – Left-angle simplex oil filter with flange connection dimensions according to CB/T46;

SS type – Straight-through simplex oil filter with flange connection dimensions according to GB2506;

LAS type – Right-angle simplex filter with flange connection dimensions according to GB2506;

LBS type – Left-angle simplex oil filter with flange connection dimensions according to GB2506;

Oil filter body, cover, and filter cartridge are made of Q235-A, filter screen material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti; the ratio of effective filtration area of the oil filter screen cartridge to the nominal diameter cross-sectional area is not less than 5; oil filters for lubricating oil media are equipped with magnetic blocks, material AINiCo5; oil filters undergo tightness and strength tests at a pressure of 0.75MPa for not less than 5min, with no leakage; after derusting and cleaning, the inner cavity of the oil filter is coated with anti-rust oil, and the outer surface is coated with anti-rust primer and light gray finish paint once each.

This air filter is suitable for compressed air pipeline systems of ships.

Air filter body, cover, and filter cartridge are made of steel 20, filter cartridge material is copper tube T4; threaded connections of DN10-32 air filters according to CB822-84; flanges of DN40-50 air filters configured according to PN4.0MPa, B type – CB/T47-1999 or PN4.0MPa, B type – GB10746-1989.

CB682-78 Copper seawater filters

Types: A type (straight-through) B type (right-angle)

Nominal pressure: 0.25Mpa

Nominal diameter: 65-150mm 20-150mm

Applicable media: Seawater

Application range: This product is suitable for seawater pipelines of various types of ships.

Main component materials of seawater filter: Body material is copper, filter screen material is copper wire cloth, valve cover material is brass, cross rod material is carbon steel, sealing gasket material is rubber.

1. Copper seawater filters meet the requirements of this standard and are manufactured according to unified drawings.

2. The ratio of total open area of the filter screen to the nominal diameter cross-sectional area is not less than 5 for DN20-50mm, and not less than 3 for DN65-150mm.

3. Fastening parts are galvanized.

4. The filter body and cover undergo strength test with water pressure PN=4MPa, and after assembly, tightness test with water pressure PN=3.2MPa.

5. After passing the test, the filter surface is painted green.

Y-type filters are indispensable filtering devices in pipeline systems for conveying media. Y-type filters are usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, constant water level valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the media and protect the normal operation of valves and equipment. Y-type filters feature compact structure, low resistance, and convenient排污. Y-type filters can be used for water, oil, and gas. Generally, the mesh for water is 18~30目, for gas 10~100目, and for oil 100~480目. Basket filters mainly consist of接管, main pipe, filter basket, flange, flange cover, and fasteners. When liquid enters the filter basket through the main pipe, solid impurity particles are trapped in the basket, while clean fluid passes through the basket and is discharged from the filter outlet.
